Ride Format:
On Sunday road rides, we all start out as a group and stay together for the first 20-30k at a reasonably sane warm-up pace, (28-30kph). At the 20 to 30k point a ride leader will take back anyone who wants to keep their distance at around 50k, and pace at 28-30k. Those who wish to continue, can pick up the pace to around 34-36k,
and continue for an 80-100k ride.
We extend the distance as desired.
Beginner's/easy paced road rides
will be held Saturday afternoons at
2:00 p.m., at a 20-25k pace, or at the
pace of the slowest rider.
First beginner's ride is January 29, 2011.
